Overview
In order to properly manage the numbers you will be using to send SMS and make follow-ups we have 2 types of numbers groups:
- Prospecting: Every message sent using this group will choose a different sender every time you send a prospecting message using this folder.
- Follow-Up (FUP): Every message sent using this group will choose the same sender (from this group) every time you send a template using this group.
