Onboarding Process Overview
Here’s a step-by-step breakdown of what to expect once you sign up:
1. Complete the Registration Form
This helps us gather the initial information needed to get started.
2. Sign the Service Agreement
Our team will send a DocuSign with the full service agreement for your review and signature.
3. Pay the Onboarding Fee & Activate Your Subscription
Once payment is processed, we can begin building your setup.
4. Fill Out the Reverse Buy Box Sheet
You’ll be asked to list the deals you've closed in the past 24 months. This helps us understand your ideal property profile.
5. Access Your 8020REI Domain
You’ll receive login access to your domain where you can:
Add your payment card
Import any niche lists you already have
6. Data Analysis by Our Team
We’ll analyze your submitted deals to identify buying patterns and build a custom Buy Box.
7. Buy Box Configuration
Our team prepares and sends your tailored Buy Box sheet for final review and adjustments.
8. Data Import & Setup
Once your Buy Box is confirmed, we’ll import all relevant data into your domain.
9. Onboarding Call
We’ll meet with you to walk through your setup, answer questions, and prepare you for launch.
10. Launch Day
We set your official start date, and from there…
You Start Getting Leads!
You’ll receive your first list of qualified prospects, ready for marketing and follow-up.
The leads you receive are based on your custom Buy Box criteria, ensuring that each property aligns with your investment goals and acquisition strategy.
What Can Delay the Process?
We aim to move quickly, but delays can occur due to:
