This means you can search any property address within your 8020REI domain, and full property information will be accessible right inside the platform.
There is no limit to how many properties you can search, filter, or view within your domain. You have full visibility across all your selected counties.
How Many Properties Will Be Prioritized?
While your access includes the entire market, our focus is helping you prioritize properties strategically using our proprietary scoring model.
Segment | Description |
---|---|
Top 5–10% | These are the highest-scoring properties most likely to sell |
Top 30–40% | Still highly targeted based on your Buy Box — excellent for scaling outreach |
How many properties you market to depends on:
Your monthly marketing budget
Your selected channels (SMS, direct mail, cold calling, etc.)
The size of your market and Buy Box criteria
Our scoring model considers variables like equity, time owned, distress signals, owner type, and more.
What If My Market Is Small?
In smaller or more rural markets, your filtered list may contain fewer properties. That’s okay — in these cases, we’ll recommend one or more of the following:
Slightly broadening your Buy Box
Including adjacent counties
Adjusting property types or score thresholds
This ensures you still have enough high-quality records to market to without compromising targeting.
Scaling with Your Budget
As your budget or marketing capacity increases, we can help expand:
The percentage of properties you reach in your market
The distress levels or seller segments you include
The frequency and variety of your outreach efforts
You can adjust your Buy Box, lead volume, or strategy at any time. Just contact your Success Manager to make updates.
