Overview

This new feature allows you to tailor your marketing efforts and messages to the needs and preferences of your sellers, increasing the likelihood of converting potential sellers into deals. You can leverage this feature by adding targeted testimonials based on these groups: 

  • Probate/Estate 
  • Financial 
  • 55+ (Senior) 
  • Absentee 
  • Owner Occupied 

There is an opportunity to increase the credibility of your business by providing a testimonial from someone who has the same problems as the seller you are trying to contact. 

Example: 

The idea is for you to be able to have these standardized messages and easily send these testimonials based on the property's information and the conditions that are met. 

The 5 groups and the distresses that must be met to belong to one of them are presented below, where the priority is by cascade. So, if a property has all the distresses, it will be Group 1, but if it has Senior +55 and Debt Collection, then it will be Group-2. And so on, having a cascading effect. 

Groups 

  1. Group 1: Probate/Estate: Probate / Estate 
  2. Group 2: Financial: Tax delinquent, Debt Collection, Pre-foreclosure, 30-60 days, Low Credit, Bankruptcy 
  3. Group 3: Absentee: Absentee > 0 
  4. Group 4: Senior: 55+ (Senior) 
  5. Group 5: Owner Occupied: All the others. 
  6. Group 6: No distresses (In case the property has no distress). 

By reaching the right people with the right message at the right time, target groups can improve the return on investment (ROI) of your marketing campaigns and help you achieve your goals more effectively.
