Overview

The Marketing Step Count (MSC) is a new feature designed to provide a more detailed and nuanced overview of your contact history with specific properties. By adding five new columns to your marketing cadence, you will have a clear understanding of your communication frequency across various channels, the novelty of the property on your list, and the date of the first contact.

Use Cases

  1. Detailed Contact History: The MSC feature allows you to easily track how many times you have contacted a property via different marketing channels such as SMS, Cold Call, and Direct Mail. This provides a clear picture of your interaction history, enabling better decisions and strategy adjustments.

How to Use

  • You can just navigate to your marketing cadence. Here, you will find four new columns: " Marketing SMS Count," "Marketing CC Count," "Marketing DM Count," and "Marketing First Recommendation." In case you don't see them in the default view, you can change the view by following these steps:

  • To access the information visible in the column view of the Property List, follow these steps:

  • Locate the Property List and ensure that the counter information is not visible in the current column view, click on the edit pencil icon. This action will enable you to enter the edit mode, where you can modify the settings of the Property List.



  • In the search box type the word "count" to filter the list based on this keyword. Select the four columns and click on "Apply."

             

As you interact with properties through different marketing channels, these counts will automatically update, providing a real-time snapshot of your contact history.


The "Marketing First Recommendation" column will record the date when a property first appeared on your marketing cadence, allowing you to track your engagement over time.
