Additionally, this data can be effortlessly exported to Excel for further analysis and reporting.

  1. The sum of All Distresses: The feature aggregates all distress associated with a specific property. This total sum provides a quick snapshot of the property's current situation, helping users to understand the level of distress a property is experiencing.

  2. New Column on Property List: To enhance visibility, the total count of distresses will be displayed as a separate column in the property list. This allows for easy comparison and sorting of properties based on their distress count.

  3. Excel Export Capability: The feature is designed with convenience in mind, allowing users to export the distress count data directly to an Excel spreadsheet. This functionality facilitates advanced data manipulation and reporting.

How to Use

  • Viewing the Distress Count: Navigate to the property list. The last column labeled 'Count of Distresses' displays the sum of all distresses for each property.
  • Exporting to Excel: Select the properties you want to export or opt to export all. Click on the 'Export to Excel' button. The downloaded Excel file will include a 'Count of Distresses' column.
