Our clients hold the responsibility for all fees associated with the products and services accessed. If you wish to pause your services, you must adhere to the following steps and guidelines:
Notice Period: Provide written notice of your intent to pause services at least 30 days in advance.
Start of Pausing: Pausing will become effective starting from the next billing cycle, subject to the following conditions:
Pausing Fee: A monthly fee of $500 will be charged during the pause period to secure the counties and/or markets currently held by you (per each market).
Resumption of Services: You must resume services on or before 60 days from the approved pausing date.
Failure to resume services in accordance with the above requirements will necessitate a decision on your part:
Cancellation: You may opt to cancel the services, or
Re-subscription: You can choose to re-subscribe, subject to the standard onboarding fees.
Just so you know, in both scenarios, your previously held counties and markets will be available at the time of re-subscription.
During this period, new customers will be unable to purchase data from your markets. However, please note that this restriction is temporary. If you do not resume the service, we will be obliged to cancel your subscription and make the data from your market available for sale.
