Yes, but ...
Our clients hold the responsibility for all fees associated with the products and services accessed. If you wish to pause your services, you must adhere to the following steps and guidelines:
Notice Period: Provide written notice of your intent to pause services at least 30 days in advance.
When Does the Pause Begin? Your pause will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle, once the 30-day notice has been received and confirmed.
A pause fee of$500/month per market will be charged during the pause period. This fee reserves your exclusive access to the counties and data you currently hold, ensuring no other clients can access or purchase those markets.
- Maximum Pause Duration: You must resume services within 60 days of the approved pause start date. This ensures that market availability remains fluid and fair for all clients.
- If You Do Not Resume in Time
If services are not resumed within the 60-day window, you will need to make a decision:Cancel your subscription, or
Re-subscribe, which will include standard onboarding fees
Please note: Your previously held markets may no longer be available at the time of re-subscription.
6.Market Protection During Pause: While your services are paused and the fee is maintained, your counties and markets are protected, meaning other clients will not be able to access or purchase data from them.
However, if the pause period exceeds 60 days without resumption, your subscription will be canceled, and your markets may be released and made available to others.
If you're planning a pause, we recommend reaching out to your Customer Success Manager (CSM) to discuss your timeline and ensure all policies are clearly understood before submitting your formal request.
