We will sell your markets
Because our services are exclusive and we limit the number of clients we accept per market, we will be forced to sell your market to another client on our waiting list. Our markets are in high demand, and if you decide to come back, you may not find those markets available.
Your domain will be deleted
After 1 week since the end of your subscription, we will delete your domain and data from our servers. We recommend exporting all your data before this period. However, please be aware that property listings and mailing addresses change every month, so your data may become outdated in a couple of months.
You will lose access to the webinars
At 8020REI, we organize bi-weekly webinars for our clients, covering topics related to real estate, teaching, and sharing the best practices and experiences of our clients. By canceling our services, you will no longer have access to these valuable knowledge-sharing sessions.
Can I come back to 8020REI if I cancel services?
Yes, but we can not guarantee that the markets you want are gonna be available, and you will have to pay the onboarding fee again.
