Your Market Access Will Be Released
8020REI operates on an exclusive market model, meaning each client holds rights to specific counties or territories.
Once you cancel, your markets will be released and may be reassigned to a client on our waiting list.
Our markets are in high demand, so if you decide to return later, we cannot guarantee that your previous territories will still be available.
Your Data and Domain Will Be Deleted
Your account domain and stored data will be permanently deleted 7 days after your subscription ends.
We strongly recommend that you export all your data before cancellation.
Keep in mind: property and contact data can quickly become outdated, so maintaining a personal backup ensures continued value even after you leave.
You Will Lose Access to Webinars and Learning Resources
As an active client, you have access to our bi weekly webinars covering market strategy, real estate insights, and shared experiences from other successful clients.
Upon cancellation:
You will lose access to all upcoming and previously recorded webinars.
You will no longer benefit from our internal knowledge-sharing and educational resources.
Can I Rejoin 8020REI After Canceling?
Yes — you're welcome to return at any time. However, please note:
Onboarding fees will apply again when re-subscribing.
We cannot guarantee that your previous markets will still be available.
You may need to select from currently open territories at the time of your return.
Are There Any Alternatives to Canceling?
Before canceling, we recommend speaking with your Customer Success Manager to explore other options, including:
Pausing your service for up to 60 days while maintaining your market reservations
Reducing your coverage to align with your current budget or business capacity
Refining your strategy with personalized support from our team
Many clients find that a temporary pause or adjusted plan helps them stay on track without losing access to valuable markets.
Will I Receive a Final Invoice or Confirmation?
Yes. After your cancellation request is processed:
A final invoice will be issued if applicable, covering any outstanding fees.
You’ll receive a confirmation email detailing the cancellation date and final account actions.
