At 8020REI, we prioritize accuracy and relevance in your marketing campaigns. That’s why we maintain a consistent data refresh cycle to ensure you’re always working with up-to-date property and owner information.
Data Refresh Frequency
- Standard Update: All client data is refreshed monthly, which includes updated ownership, mailing address, and distress information.
- Optional Mid-Cycle Refresh: For clients who need more frequent updates, we offer a 15-day refresh option upon request.
This ensures your property lists are aligned with the latest public filings and vendor updates, allowing you to market to motivated sellers faster.

Distress point availability may vary by county or market.
How Recent Is the Distress Data?
Public filings may take 15 to 90 days to be processed and reflected in public records.
As soon as new data becomes available from the county or vendor, it is incorporated into our monthly updates.
This means a property marked as “Preforeclosure” in your list today may have entered that status 30–60 days prior.
