8020REI Action Plan Category Definitions

At 8020REI, we categorize properties into three Action Plans: Urgent, High, and Low, based on a property's overall Score. This system enables us to recommend properties that align with your investment goals and suggest the appropriate course of action. Here's a breakdown:

  • Urgent Category: This contains the top-scoring properties up to a set limit, based on either the top 5% of properties, 25% of your minimum marketing goal, or properties with scores of 746 or above. The category that limits the count to the lowest number dictates the Urgent pool.

  • High Category: High properties are those that are not in the Urgent category but have high scores. The count is dictated by the higher value between all marketing goals minus the Urgent property count, divided by two, properties scoring above 545, or the top 20% of non-Urgent properties.

  • Low Category: This group comprises the remaining properties necessary to meet your maximum marketing goal after Urgent and High properties are accounted for.

Note: Selection prioritizes the highest scores, removes duplicate mailing addresses, and prefers individual over company ownership in case of score ties. This ensures you get the most promising prospects tailored to your specific investment strategy.
