Export the disposition report from Launch Control:

  1. Go to settings in Launch Control, then click on 'Export or prospects'.
  2. Customize the data. Recommended: Select all campaigns and statuses except 'no status' and 'no response'. Include all tags.
  3. Set the time period to the last 3-5 months.
  4. Click 'export' to get an Excel file. Key info includes lead name, zip code, address, and phone numbers with statuses.

Format and send the file to 8020REI support

  1. Format the Excel file using the specified template (https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1YLMOUitFfLgPt5myQR-RGicYTIUZGDipNP-k-JWAsTA/edit#gid=0). Add lead info, phone numbers, statuses, and action codes.
  2. Find the action plan ID for each lead on 8020REI and update it in the Excel file.
  3. Save the file and send it to 8020REI with a message to update phone numbers, statuses, and action plans.


Wait for the next list and add all the numbers (use the same format. 3 numbers per lead)

If possible. Use 2 Launch Control: accounts. split the data 50/50 and swap the lists every 15 days. That way you can send twice in a month the initial SMS
