What determines that a property goes into Urgent, High or Low action plan?


1. Likely Deal Score: This score, ranging from 0 to 100, assesses properties based on various distress factors like foreclosure, divorce, absentee, high equity and bankruptcy. 


2. BuyBox Score: Ranging from 0 to 100, this score measures how closely a property matches an investor's specific criteria, considering ZIP code, owner type, property type, and more.


3. Final Score (Score): A composite score derived from the Likely Deal Score and BuyBox Score, ranging from 0 to 1000. If a buybox score is 0, the final score will automatically be 0, because this property does not fit your buybox criteria and they will not have an action plan assigned.

To categorize properties by action plan, a formula is used for each of these. Within this formula, both the Score and the marketing goals are taken into consideration.
