Making changes to your BuyBox settings ensures your property lists match your current strategy and arrive on time. Here's how to do it right.
⏰ Important Timing Rule
Submit BuyBox changes at least 10 days before your list delivery date.
Example: If your list comes on the 1st of the month, request changes by the 15th-16th of the previous month.
How to Make Changes
BuyBox changes are NOT automatic. You must contact your Account Manager directly to make any updates.
Early communication helps us:
- Review your request
- Check if it's possible with available data
- Apply changes before we start building your list
? What You Can Adjust
Your BuyBox controls which properties you get. You can change:
- List size based on your monthly marketing goals
- Filter criteria (equity, property type, absentee status, etc.)
- Geographic areas you want to target
Remember: Tighter filters = smaller lists = less outreach volume
⚠️ Late Changes = Problems
If you request changes too close to your list date, we might not be able to make them until next month.

- You get a list based on your old settings
