If your fulfillment status is marked as Pause or Hold, this means we’ve temporarily stopped processing or sending campaigns for you. This guide explains what each status means, why it may be applied, and what you can expect during and after the pause.


Difference Between "Pause" and "Hold"

What Happens When You're on Pause or Hold

While on Pause or Hold:

  • No new Direct Mail, SMS, or SkipTrace campaigns will be launched.

  • You won’t be billed for paused fulfillment actions.

  • Your leads and property data remain intact.

  • You can still access the dashboard, update tags, and contact leads manually.


How to Resume Fulfillment

To resume:

  1. Contact your CSM or respond to the last email from the Support Team.

  2. Confirm or update any pending BuyBox/design decisions.

  3. Allow up to 2 business days for reactivation once confirmed.

Once your status changes to In Progress, your next fulfillment drop will be scheduled based on your campaign cadence.


Common Client Questions

Will I lose my leads if I’m on pause for too long?
No. All your data is preserved unless you cancel your account or request deletion.

Can I stay on pause indefinitely?
Yes. Some clients pause for weeks or months while restructuring their approach.

Will I be charged while on hold?
You will not be charged for fulfillment-related actions, but platform access or subscription fees may still apply.

How will I know when I’m live again?
You’ll receive a confirmation email from your CSM when your status changes to In Progress.
