How it works

  1. Refer a real estate investor to 8020REI.

  2. If they book a demo and sign up, you receive a referral payment.


Your payout options

  • 15% recurring commission on their monthly subscription.

    • Example: If they pay $2,000/month → you earn $300/month.

  • $3,000 one-time payment instead of recurring.


Special case: Collective Genius (CG) members


If the referred client is a CG member, you still get rewarded:

  • 5% recurring commission, or

  • $1,000 one-time payment.


✅ Note: Even if your referral is already part of CG, you still win — you just earn under the CG payout structure.


Ongoing requirement


To continue earning beyond the first 12 months of each client’s subscription, you must refer at least 5 new leads every 6 months that book and attend a demo.
