The 9 Onboarding Milestones
| 1. CSM/POC assigned — Your dedicated Customer Success Manager is assigned and reaches out within 48 hours. They are your single point of contact throughout onboarding and beyond. |
| 2. Billing setup complete — Your ChargeOver subscription is activated and billing details confirmed. |
| 3. County configuration — You and your CSM select which counties you will receive data for, based on your investment strategy and market preferences. |
| 4. BuyBox configuration — Define your target property criteria: price range, property type, location filters, and distress signals that matter to your strategy. |
| 5. Marketing goals defined — Set your volume targets and channel preferences so we can tailor data delivery to your marketing workflow. |
| 6. Service type selected — Choose which marketing channels to activate (direct mail, SMS, cold calling, etc.) so your data files are formatted accordingly. |
| 7. Domain setup — Your dedicated data domain is configured for secure file delivery. |
| 8. First engagement call — A strategy session with your CSM to review your setup, confirm targeting, and align on goals before your first data delivery. |
| 9. Onboarding NPS — A brief feedback survey about your setup experience. This helps us continuously improve the onboarding process. |
What to Have Ready
To keep onboarding on track, prepare the following before your first call with your CSM:
| Past deal data — Any history of closed deals, contract results, or marketing outcomes. This gives BuyBox IQ a head start on learning your patterns. |
| County preferences — Which markets you want to invest in, ranked by priority. |
| Marketing budget — Your monthly spend per channel so we can recommend appropriate volume targets. |
| Team contacts — Names and emails for anyone on your team who needs access or should receive data deliveries. |
Timeline
Our target is 10 days from sign-up to first data delivery. Most of the time is spent on steps 3–6, where your input shapes the targeting. The faster you provide your preferences, the faster your first list arrives.
