Three Categories of Data to Submit
The Feedback Loop accepts three categories of data. Each one teaches BuyBox IQ something different about your market.
1. Results
| Closed deals — Properties you put under contract or purchased. This is the most valuable signal — it tells BuyBox IQ exactly what a winning property looks like in your market. |
| Leads & appointments — Properties where the owner expressed interest or you scheduled a meeting. These signals refine the “likely to sell” model even when a deal does not close. |
2. Opt-Outs
| Dead leads — Opportunities that are inactive or where the owner is no longer interested. Flagging these prevents wasted outreach in future deliveries. |
| Litigators — Property owners known to pursue legal action against marketers. Submitting these protects you and other clients from compliance risk. |
| Do Not Contact (DNC) — Homeowners who asked not to be contacted. These are scrubbed from future lists to keep your outreach compliant and your reputation clean. |
3. Number Status
| Wrong numbers — Phone numbers that are disconnected or reach the wrong person. Removing these improves skip trace accuracy across the platform. |
| DNC numbers — Numbers on Do Not Call registries or where the owner explicitly requested no calls. |
| Decision makers — Verified contact numbers confirmed as the actual property owner or decision maker. These positive signals help the system prioritize the best contact paths. |
The 3-Step Process
Submitting your feedback takes minutes, not hours. Three steps, once a month.

| Step 2: Fill with outcomes — Enter your results from the past 30 days: closed deals, leads, appointments, wrong numbers, DNCs, litigators, and Do Not Mail flags. Include as much as you have — partial data is far better than none. |
| Step 3: Submit — Upload your completed file at feedback.8020rei.com, or email it directly to your CSM. Submit monthly, ideally by the 5th. |
CRM Integration Option

What Happens After You Submit
Once you submit, the process is automatic. BuyBox IQ analyzes the patterns in your results — which property types converted, which distress signals correlated with deals, which areas performed best. It then refines your targeting criteria so next month's list is sharper and more aligned to your actual success patterns.
Timeline: When You'll See Results
The Feedback Loop compounds over time. Here is what to expect at each stage:

Important: Clients who submit feedback consistently see measurably higher conversion rates. Even partial data is valuable — submitting some results is far better than submitting none. Do not let “I don't have everything” become a reason to skip it.
