Step 1: Add a payment card
- Log in to your 8020REI account
- Navigate to Billing > Payment Methods
- Click Add New Card
- Enter card number, expiration, CVV, and cardholder name
- Click Save
Step 2: Enable Auto-Recharge
- In the Billing section, locate Auto Recharge settings
- Toggle Auto-Recharge to On
- Set Minimum Balance Threshold — the balance that triggers a recharge
- Set Recharge Amount — how much gets added
- Click Save
Example: Threshold of $50 + recharge of $100 = the system adds $100 whenever your balance drops below $50.
Additional options
- Manual recharge — click Add Funds in the Billing section anytime
- Transaction history — review all charges and upcoming payments
- Notifications — enable email alerts for successful recharges and payment issues
