For advanced integration workflows, 8020REI provides two additional tools:
API Tokens
API tokens act as a secure key allowing 8020REI to connect directly to your CRM or custom tools. You control the name, description, and expiration date of every token.
How to create a token:
- Navigate to Integrations in your main menu
- Select API Tokens
- Click Create Token and provide a name and expiration date
- Copy your token immediately — for security, this is the only time the full code is displayed
Security note: Never share API tokens in public forums or with unauthorized personnel. Click View API Token Documentation on the token page for technical setup instructions your developer or IT team will need.
Auto-Export
Auto-Export schedules automatic email deliveries of your property lists. Instead of logging in to download a CSV, 8020REI sends your data directly to your inbox on a recurring schedule.
How to set up Auto-Export:
- Go to your Properties or Views page
- Click Actions and select Auto-Export
- Configure: select a view, set frequency, add recipient emails, and choose “All properties” or “Only new since last export”
- Save your configuration
Manage active exports via the Configurations tab (review schedules, download latest files) and the Logs tab (full historical record of every export sent).

Google Sheets works just as well. Your CSM provides a template during onboarding. You fill it in monthly and upload through the Feedback Loop portal at feedback.8020rei.com. What Gets Synced
Regardless of which CRM or method you use, the Feedback Loop captures:

Important: Even partial data is valuable. If you only have closed deals this month and no bad contacts, submit what you have. A partial submission is infinitely better than no submission.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I use multiple CRMs?
Yes, but consolidate into one submission method. If you run deals through both Podio and REsimpli, pick one as your primary Feedback Loop source or consolidate into a Google Sheet. Duplicate submissions create data conflicts.
Is my data secure?
All integrations use encrypted connections. Your deal data and contact information are isolated to your account — no other client can see your submissions, and your data is never shared or resold.
What if I switch CRMs mid-subscription?
Let your CSM know. They will help you transition the integration. Historical data from your previous CRM is retained — switching does not reset your BuyBox calibration.
My CRM is not listed. Can you build an integration?
