Import Multiple Record Types
You can now import different types of records directly into the system, making it easier to centralize and organize your data.
What You Can Import
Leads
Required fields:
Property Address
Zip Code
Optional but recommended:
Lead Creation Date
Appointments
Required fields:
Property Address
Zip Code
Optional but helpful:
Appointment Creation Date
Deals
Common required fields include:
Property Address
Zip Code
City
State
Phone Number
County
Additional deal-related fields as needed
Opt-Outs
Import opt-out records for:
Direct Mail (DM)
Calls
SMS campaigns
5-Step Import Process
Step 1 – Access the Import Tool
Click the House Icon
Select Import Property
Step 2 – Upload Your File
Drag and drop your file into the upload area
Click Next to continue
Step 3 – Handle New Properties
Choose how the system should process properties that do not already exist in the platform:
Create New Properties
Adds any new properties found in your file to the system.
Ignore New Properties
Skips any properties not already existing in the database.
Optional: Add Tags
You may also add custom tags to help organize and track imported records more efficiently.
Step 4 – Import Multiple Files (New Feature)
You can now upload multiple files at the same time.
The system will:
Automatically queue the files
Process them sequentially
Continue until all imports are completed
Step 5 – Review & Finalize
Before submitting, verify that the imported data matches the correct fields, including:
Property Address
Mailing/Golden Address
City
State
Zip Code
Retain a Copy (Optional)
You may choose to keep a copy of your imported file for up to 3 months for future reference.
Finalize the Import, click Continue to begin the import process.

Unified Import
A faster and more streamlined import experience ideal for standard uploads.
Advanced Import
Provides additional flexibility and customization for more complex data imports.
Both options are designed to help keep your data clean, organized, and accurate.
