Reset steps

  1. Go to the 8020REI login page
  2. Click "Forgot password?" below the password field
  3. Enter the email address associated with your account
  4. Click "Send email"
  5. Open the reset email and click the link
  6. Create your new password

If the email does not arrive

  • Check spam and promotions folders
  • Verify you entered the same email you normally log in with
  • Wait 10 minutes before requesting another reset
  • Reset links expire — act on them promptly
