  • Custom breakdowns for marketing purposes not available via automation

These are handled manually and require additional resources.

What to Expect

When a special request is submitted, we follow this process:

  1. Initial Review: We evaluate if it qualifies as a special request and whether it's feasible
  2. One-Time or Recurring?
    • If it's a one-time request, we may accommodate it as a courtesy
    • If it's recurring, we strongly recommend hiring a part-time research assistant on your end
  3. Feasibility Confirmation: Our team confirms whether your request can be completed using our systems
  4. Timeline Commitment: Approved requests have a 48–72 business hours turnaround time
