Key point — Submit BuyBox changes at least 10 days before your list delivery date. Changes are not automatic — you must contact your CSM directly. Late requests roll to the next cycle.
The 10-day rule
If your list arrives on the 1st of the month, submit changes by the 15th-16th of the previous month. This gives the team time to review, validate data availability, and apply changes before list generation begins.
What you can adjust
- List size — scale up or down based on marketing capacity
- Filter criteria — equity thresholds, property type, absentee status, distress signals
- Geographic areas — add or remove target counties
Tighter filters produce smaller, higher-quality lists. Broader filters increase volume but dilute concentration.
What happens if you submit late
Changes requested inside the 10-day window cannot be applied until the following month. You receive a list based on your previous settings, and in some cases delivery may be delayed.
