Overview
The primary number is automatically assigned when you mark a number as the Decision Maker or Influencer.
By selecting this option you will be able to assign action plans that send steps exclusively to the primary number, preventing you from reaching out to the other numbers.
If an action plan only has SMS steps with sending options of the primary number, if the property has no Decision Maker or Influencer the message will go out to the first number on the property.
If a property has a primary number but is assigned to an action plan that has SMS steps with sending options:
"Send to all numbers", regardless of the property having a Decision Maker the system will still send messages to all numbers.
