In order to find your highest score properties (or avatar or distress points) you must go to your properties list view and apply the following filters:

If you are planning to send direct mail we recommend starting with the properties with a score greater than 70. If you plan to send more mails than what this filter shows you, start making filters in decrements of 5, for example, greater than 65, 60, etc until you reach the desired amount.
Remember you can always access your property matrix (buy Box) sheet to have an idea of how many properties you canon each bracket. For more advanced advice on list prioritization please create a ticket.
