Best Practices
Use clear naming for filters and export configurations
Save configurations for recurring tasks (e.g., skip tracing, direct mail)
Test small batches if using external tools to ensure formatting works
Include columns like “Last Step” or “Marketing Step Count” if you want to track campaign progress or seller engagement
If exporting more than 10,000 properties, consider segmenting your list using filters by zip code, score range, etc. to avoid delays or oversized files.
Always verify formatting before uploading to external platforms like Launch Control, Salesforce, or skip trace vendors.
