This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to create and export a new list from a domain. It covers the process of applying filters, customizing filters, selecting properties, configuring export settings, and downloading the exported file. By following this guide, users can efficiently create and export customized lists from their domain.



1. 

  • Go to the client's domain
  • Click "Properties"

  • Click "List"

  • There are predetermined filters

  • Down below you can see the available properties after applying the selected filter

  • Click the filter icon to custom filters

  • Click here to create a new filter

  • Click the variable you want to apply to the new filter

  • In this example, the variable chosen was "Property ID greater than 0"

  • Click "Add condition" to insert more filters

  • You can choose the condition "And" which is more restrictive than the condition "Or"

  • Click "Save filters configuration"

  • Write down the new filter's name
  • Click "Save"

  • "None" means there will be no filter applied. If you want to export using a filter, select one

  • Select all the properties

  • Click the export image

  • Click "Export configuration" to add or remove variables (columns)

  • Select the configuration

  • Click here to deploy the fields

  • Choose the fields you want to add or remove

  • You can create a new configuration
