  • Download the "Litigators Import Template" file and open it

  • Add in the Property Address column the addresses that the client provide

  • Write "Litigator" in the Property Zip TAG column

  • For the Action Plan column, go to the client's domain
  • Click "Tools"

  • Click "Action plans"

  • Write "Dead"

  • Copy the number under "Id"

  • Go back to the Litigators Import Template file

  • Paste the selected number

  • Only if the client provides the property's phone number, add an extra "Phone Number" column and insert the respective phone number

  • Go back to the client's domain
  • Click "Properties"

  • Click "Import Property"

  • Click "Select file"

  • Click the Litigators Import Template file

  • Click "Open"

  • Required Information:

    • Property address

    • Zip code

  • Process:

    • Receive the list of properties for Litigators updates.

    • Extract and validate the property address and zip code.

    • Add a tag to the properties indicating "Litigator."

    • Add an extra “Phone Number” column only if the client gave the property's phone numbers.
