Overview

Your Salesmate Dashboard is your command center for tracking leads, fulfillment progress, property opportunities, and client communication. This guide explains the most important dashboard views and field definitions to help you make informed, fast decisions.


Dashboard Views

Here are the most common dashboards used by 8020REI clients:

Properties View

  • Displays all properties in your active BuyBox with current fulfillment and campaign status.

  • Filters help you narrow by fulfillment phase, campaign type, or lead score.

People/Leads View

  • Focuses on individuals or companies attached to properties.

  • Includes disposition status (interested, NYI, sold), last touch, and follow-up tasks.

 Deals View

  • Shows your active pipeline, sorted by stages (New Lead, Engaged, Under Contract, Closed).

  • Integrated with campaign touchpoints and notes from outreach efforts.


Field Definitions (Key Data Points)

Field NameDescription
Lead ScoreA numeric value from 1–10 reflecting how motivated the lead appears.
Distress LevelCategorization (High, Medium, Low) based on property and owner indicators.
Campaign StatusCurrent fulfillment status (In Progress, Skipped, Fulfilled, On Hold).
Last ContactedDate of last SMS, call, or email interaction logged in Salesmate.
BuyBox MatchWhether this property meets your saved BuyBox criteria.
TagsLabels that indicate lead type, action plans, or contact preferences.
NotesFreeform comments added by your CSM or outreach agent.

Common Tags You’ll See

  • NYI: Not Yet Interested

  • DM Sent: Direct Mail sent

  • Skipped: Property skipped due to filter or pause

  • On Hold: Temporarily removed from fulfillment


Filters You Can Use

You can customize your dashboard using filters to:

  • Focus on leads with high Lead Score

  • Only show properties in active fulfillment

  • Identify contacts who haven’t been touched in 14+ days

  • Quickly view all properties with pending approval


Best Practices for Daily Use

  • Use filters daily to focus on the hottest leads.

  • Check tags and notes before calling or texting.

  • Review Deal Stage regularly to spot delays in your pipeline.

  • Coordinate with your CSM if you see unclear data or unusual statuses.
