Key point — You can pause services for up to 60 days at $500/month per market, which preserves your exclusive county access. Requires 30 days written notice. If you do not resume within 60 days, your subscription is cancelled and markets are released.
Before you pause: consider the cost
Pausing breaks marketing momentum. Expect:
- Lost brand recognition in your target markets
- Competitors filling the outreach gap while you are silent
- Difficulty re-establishing lead relationships on return
- Reduced deal flow in the months after resumption
Talk to your CSM first. Adjusting strategy or reducing scope is often a better option than pausing entirely.
