Refresh Cadence
Standard update (monthly): Ownership, mailing address, and distress data refresh every 30 days aligned with your fulfillment cycle. Your lists reflect the latest public filings and vendor updates at each refresh.
Mid-cycle refresh (15-day, optional): For high-velocity markets or time-sensitive campaigns, request a mid-month refresh through your CSM or support@8020rei.com.
Distress Data Coverage
We track up to 20 distress indicators per property, each signaling potential seller motivation:

Data Latency
Public filings take 15 to 90 days to process and appear in records. A property marked "Preforeclosure" today may have entered that status 30-60 days prior. We incorporate new data the moment it becomes available from the county or vendor.
